SC threatens to jail builders for not obeying refund orders

Taking a serious view of real estate companies not complying with its order to refund money to homebuyers, the Supreme Court on Thursday said strict action needs to be taken against them and warned that their promoters would be sent behind bars for non-compliance of its directive.
