Indian supply hit, Nepal turns to Chinese vaccine

Faced with a shortage of Covid-19 vaccines, Nepal on Friday requested India to facilitate early supply of vaccine doses. With vaccine supplies from India drying up, Nepal restarted its vaccination programme with Chinese vaccines even though they are yet to be approved by the WHO.
